Quebec City, Quebec – Tando Composites, a division of Derby Building Products and brand leader in composite cladding, is pleased to announce the addition of Devin Brady as Vice President of Sales, National Accounts. In this new role, Devin will lead the company’s strategic initiative of accelerating growth at national and regional remodelers with the TandoStone® and Beach House Shake® brands.

Bringing more than two decades of experience in sales leadership, business development and strategic account management, Brady will lead Tando Composites’ national accounts strategy. In this role, he will prioritize strengthening key partnerships, unlocking new growth opportunities, and delivering best-in-class solutions to customers across North America.
Before joining Derby Building Products, Brady served as Strategic Account Sales Manager at Waudena Entrance Systems, where he drove sales performance initiatives and market expansion strategies across the U.S. Brady has also held leadership roles at Artisun Solar and Pella Windows & Doors, where he led teams to achieve record-breaking revenue and profitability, while expanding market share and developing innovative go-to-market strategies.
Brady earned his MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from Pittsburg State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Graceland University.
