Phillips joined Tando Composites in January 2025 as Senior Territory Sales Manager. Since joining the organization, Phillips has played a critical role in driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with distributors, dealers and builders across his territory.

Before joining Tando Composites, Phillips served as a Sales Manager for The AZEK Company, where he successfully developed the Ohio region into a key market for the company.

Based in Central Ohio, Phillips also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hunting, camping, horseback riding and snowmobiling.
