Winkel joins Tando Composites as Market Development Manager for Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. In his previous role as a Territory Account Representative at the Trex Company, he managed over 80 retail accounts and consistently delivered double-digit sales growth year over year. Winkel was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” in 2023 and “Teammate of the Year” in 2024 for his outstanding performance. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Communications and a minor in Digital Marketing & Analytics, Winkel combines strategic insight with hands-on field experience.
Based in Windsor, Maine, Peaslee brings a diverse background in construction, restoration and architectural drafting to his new role as Market Development Manager for Maine. Peaslee previously worked as a general contractor, where he gained hands-on experience with cladding, roofing and remodeling. His deep understanding of installation processes and the supply channel will enhance service for contractors, remodelers and distributors throughout northern New England.
